1I spoke with Gary and Shatima, and it looks like their rings were broken and taken in to #b20 Ring Fragments#k by some Tweeters. Looks like I'll have to clip some wings to find them all...
2I returned to the Rings to Gary and Shatima, and now they can get married! Phew, a lot of work, but well worth it!
